Another week of good conditions for fishing. It was overcast most day's with a bit of sunshine and quite a few heavy showers but fairly windy. We had good water heights each day with an odd small rise and the water temperatures were in the low to mid 50f.
On the fishing front Keith McKiernan had our first grilse of the season from Invercannie on Wednesday which was 3lb followed up with a 7lb er from the Rockhead the same day, both on a small Cascade. Mark Riley had a 2lb sea trout from Glister and on Saturday Ian Anderson finished the week off with a lovely 11lb fish in the Glister on a Sunray. We did see an odd fish throughout the beat over the week but they didn't seem to be hanging about for long.
This coming week looks to be showery up to Wednesday then turning a bit drier for the remainder of the week with lighter easterly winds.
Cheers Brian
