The week started off with a water height of over 3' and carrying a bit of colour from the Sunday downpours, as the week went on the river fell away gradually and cleared each day with Saturdays height sitting at 1' 3". Water temperatures were low to mid 50 Fahrenheit all week. On the fishing side of things Holger Kurth from Sweden landed our only fish of the week on Thursday in the Cottage pool on a Phatagorva & was 8lb. Holger also had a few offers and lost a couple over the course of the week. We have seen an odd one or two showing this past few days but the mini heatwave we are experiencing is making the fishing challenging.
