Large Larder Fridge and Freezer, Electric Range Cooker with Extractor, Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, Micro-Combi Oven, Kettle, Toaster. Full inventory of glass, cutlery, crockery and utensils.

A small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper as well as cleaning fluids, dishwasher tablets etc. Toilet rolls are provided.

Oil fired heating throughout with temperature control for each floor and individual room controls.

Mains water supply.  Hot water supplied by the boiler.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen napiery are included. All are changed weekly.

Sky television is provided in the sitting room, the snug and the snooker room on large flat screen televisions.

Smoke and heat detectors are located throughout the property as well as break glass panels.

A washing machine and tumble dryer can be located in the utility room. A small amount of washing powder and fabric softner is provided. There is also an iron and ironing board in the cupboard under the stairs.

There is ample parking to the side of the property.

Simple grass surrounds the property with a large patio including table and chairs. There is also a balcony which over-looks the garden from the master bedroom including 2 lounge chairs and small table.

Entry is available from 4pm on your day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure.

You will be contacted by Sarah Brogan prior to your arrival to arrange arrival time.  Key collection is on site.

Dogs are welcome and may be kept in the utility room or crated in the garage area.  They must be kept on a lead at all times within the grounds.  Under no circumstances should dogs be allowed in the rest of the property.
